Chef Francis does offer a 5 course-tasting menu on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the 6:30 or 7:30 seatings. This menu tailored so that you may enjoy signature dishes, while showcasing new seasonal creations. Tasting price is $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
